To help you navigate the complexity we use System Thinking methodologies and tools.
You will develop a vision of your organisation as a system and its interconnection with the broader systems of which it is a part.
This is the plan we have drawn up:
1. Clearview
Clearview provides the perspective to:
Establish the scope of the System that concerns you. Set the boundaries.
Detail the main elements and actors involved.
Define flows and relationships.
Identify dynamics.
TOOLS: Conceptual maps, Causal Loop Diagrams, Stocks and Flows Diagrams
2. Modelling
With the help of Stella Architect® and using System Dynamics modelling, we will:
Build the model, combining qualitative and quantitative variables
Identify key dynamics and leverage points
Develop scenario and sensitivity analysis
Design storytelling and interactive interfaces
TOOLS: Stella Architect®, Exchange Plaftorm®
METHODOLOGIES: We are the translators, but you are the expert, so we will get your contributions through Group Model Building (GMB) and/or Community Based System Dynamics (CBSD) techniques.
3. Transformation design
Once we know a bit more about the system you are operating in and the possible scenarios, it is time to intervene. To tackle the transformation, we need to:
Identify leverage points
Test actions and policies
Design an action plan for the transformation
Define KPI and plan monitoring
ClearView provides the perspective to:
Establish the scope of the System that concerns you. Set the boundaries.

But we have a network of collaborators who help us with any complex problem that requires a systemic approach. With them, we continue our efforts to transform our world into a more sustainable and resilient one.
